Over 11 million Yemeni children are in need of humanitarian assistance as a result of the devastating conflict that has ravaged the country since March 2015. Facing the largest food security crisis in the world and an unprecedented cholera outbreak, deprived of access to basic WASH, health and nutrition services, children are unable to fulfil their potential. Every 10 minutes, at least one child dies of preventable causes like malnutrition, diarrhea, and respiratory tract infections. The education system is on the brink of collapse, with more than five million children at risk of being deprived of their right to education.
